Raaarrr... Two things to post about today. So in ordering of happening (Chronological for all you wordy people)
1) Miranda (She has fuzzy hair if you don't know her) said some random word to me after Christian Union today, and I was all unaware of the word. She professed disbelief at this and I pointed out that she didn't know who Abba where till the other day (Seriously, she has no idea who Abba are, how odd is this?). So anyway she said "I bet if you grabbed a random kid in that corridor and asked him if knew of Abba, then he would say no". So I was all, "hahaha no problem, I'll easily show her" so I grab a kid, pose the Abba question and he promptly says "No" and runs off. Grrrr at him for not having a musical background and making me look a fool.
2) I Really Really Really want to go to Reading. It looks soooo good this year, with nearly every single band on the session stage being great. I soo cant' afford it though. And everyone else is going. *Sob*
ooh new design soon :)
www.misstek.co.uk
Yeah all 5,999,999,999 of them. Get your tickets now people
noooo dont go to reading, go to LEEDS! cos g'n'r are playin on fri, and i might be goin! with all my mateeos! i cant afford it either, but hey! but you should want to go to leeds :) oh and i'd be glad not to have heard of abba, oh but then i'd miss out on all that drunken-cheesey dancing :( nah, that miranda's missing out (in a weird way)
i cant believe how dumb we are going to leeds and missing out on guns n roses, even with out slash... just a thought
obviously i meant going to reading and not leeds in that above comment
Everyone knows Axl Rose is gonna have a strop and pull outta leeds. So you may as well go To Reading which is at least warmer and lets face it cooler
i'd be glad to have never heard of abba.
why has all this 'eep, reading's sold out' stuff made me *really* want to go now? even though i'm already going to t in the park anyway.
Aah, but Leeds is more up north than Reading, which makes it instantly better. Heh heh heh ;)
It has to be said that T in the park is the best festival this year. Oohh how I want to go to that
fuzzy hair??!
What? you have lovely fuzzy hair
t in the park is lammmmmmme. unless backyard babies are playing in which case its cool.
ahh, but T's even more northerly than leeds, therefore it rules all. plus the lineup is largely free from all that metal nonsense. on the down side, it now looks like the beta band now clash with sonic youth instead of primals. bugger.
reading rules cos otherwse we wouldn't be all going there. one space in my car with marks name on it....im waiting
