I've become sufficiently settled in to my new setting to read a book on the loo. I think this is a good thing.
probably
the quality of these posts is really dropping isn't it?

ooh are you at sheffield uni? if so how come you're there so early?

Sparticus

Nope, gap yearness abounds

Oh yes, the quality of posts is indeed dropping sharply. But never mind, its a slightly different tedium to my days. Today I spent 8 hours at Newcastle airport welcoming international students, and a chinese girl even gave me some bracelety thingy as a thankyou for lugging her stupidly heavy bag up 8 flights of stairs. how nice.

Nice tou know you're still having fun. Haha

Sparticus

I am having fun indeed... today I go into town to look at corduroy clothes and cds. And postcards. and bible notes

loopy

if only i had nothing to do but read books on the loo and make gingerbread:P yeh go buy some cord stuff, i wonder if you can buy cord underwear? mmm only for the winter i think

Sparticus

I'm reliably informed you can by cord boots. But I wouldn't want to... would you???
thought not. And cord underwear just wouldn't work. at all. even slightly

The next stage of being settled in is to be able to leave the toilet door open while on the loo when there is no one in the house.
