It's really quite interesting, so I'll summarise for all of those not wanting to click between one place and another.
The RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) has asked forcibly the US Navy to confiscate one hundred computers with suspicion of illegally downloading mp3's. All the marines involved have faced sanctions. So there we go in the face of being called up to go fight in a war, the industry bods come out and back them completely and publicly.

Oh and one of westlife (shane possibly) just said that it was a key moment in a bands career when they released their first best of. Anyone remember when bands only realised one best of?
