New feature alert! Look left (or right depending on the design you're looking through) and you'll see something in the side bar saying "Ask Sparticus A Question". It's very simple really, you ask me a question (in the space of 160 characters), the first five go into a vote, and the winner of the vote gets answered.
At the moment it's beta; the code that behind it should work fine, however I haven't fiddled with the design yet, so it will look a bit queer. Bug reporting will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How did you do it? Did you hit refresh after you voted? Or did it just still display the voting links a while after you voted?
The problem is it uses an IP check thingy, which means those with multiple ips, or those who share ips because they are over a small area and same isp (like me and stoobs when we're home, pesky stoobs!) get stuffed. Cookies are unsafe as you could (in firefox certainly) block all cookies from iamsparticus.co.uk and then vote as much as you want. Logging in is probably the only way to do it, and that is far too much effort. I'll probably combine it with Typekey when it comes out. That'll work!
Ah...would be our multiple IPs then.

Getting around this website can be a tad confusing. If you're looking to explore the better stuff of what I've written then this navigation should help you. If you're after a specific post then searching or looking through the archives chronologically may help.

I may have stolen ideas off you when you weren't looking, but it was almost certainly an accident. As with all claims of originality and ownership Psalm 24 v1 applies.

A bug: I mangaged to vote twice. I haven't disabled cookies or anything.
