Suggestion Script Thing

New version of the suggestion voting script thing over on the sidebar! We're now on version Alpha-Omicron 1.2. Hopefully it still works, hopefully some of the bugs have been ironed out, and hopefully someone will think of a catchy name for it.

New Features

  • It doesn't automatically break every time I try to fiddle with it.
  • The MYSQL database is now formatted properly, and I don't just use varchar for everything
  • It now has a memorable flaming penguin logo
  • It now gives politer error messages
  • It uses sessions and $_POST variables for the password. $_GET = bad (or more correctly $_GET == bad)
  • It now references me in the third person.
  • The configuration login screen is slightly snazzier.

Things that still don't work

  • Seb's bug still works.
  • The configuration screen is still confusing/buggy/crazy as anything.
  • It still throws up <a href="http://"> when it shouldn't do.
  • The firey penguin doesn't actually exist
  • It doesn't reset the ip addresses when a new poll is started
