My phone has not be fixed. It hasn't even be seen to. That's okay though sir, because we can fix it if you send it away for 2-3 weeks.

Oh i've got a phone. My old phone was in the shop for so long that my contract was up for expiry so i got a new phone on contract. Not really bothered about my old phone being fixed other than on the principle of it all.
So you do hate me ?
