I need 2 know about this diet now!!!
Now all it needs is a doctor to accredit it and it'll be the new Atkins diet (all meat but no substance).
I read a similar article to that on bulemia. Apparently you can eat whatever you want, but excessive exercise and purging by using laxatives and making yourself sick helps keep your weight down... And it's doctor-recognised!
Just thought, with the laxatives comment and my surname being Brown, I would so hate someone else to name it the 'Brown diet' first...
~sorry.
its alwasy good to laugh at mental illness
or maybe to just laugh satirically at the distorted view people have nowadays that glorifies unhealthy eating disorders. You're right though, maybe not quite as PC as it could've been... Perhaps I should mention that bullemia rarely has the effect of weight loss on an individual, I was merely noticing the similarities between it and said new diet...
I got a text off old Walldo last night, informing me he has become a gambler in the card game 'blackjack'. Good old call station Walley.
Oi, Mark!
If you're going to be gambling you're student loan away then let me know, i could do with some ill-gotten gains.
I'm back, and let me tell you; in blackjack the house always wins.

I'm certain that this would be all the more fascinating if possibly I knew what "stone" converted to.
