  • Yesterday I learnt how to make fire with sticks and string. Convieniently I also learnt how to make string from stingy nettles. I figured out how to make sticks myself.
  • Yesterday I also found out that Water Parsnip has an evil cousin; DEADLY WATER PARSNIP. Do not eat water parsnip for fear that DEADLY WATER PARSNIP will come in the night and exact revenge. That or maybe you'll get them confused.
  • Apparently a Status Quo tribute band are playing nearby soon. If they're in need, possible names that would suit them are; 'Status Que?' 'Status Quorn' 'Status Quo 2: The Return Of Status Quo'.
  • This weekend I'm probably going to the overnight Make Poverty History / Trade Justice March. Monday night I go see 65daysofstatic, Tuesday night I go see idlewild. For those who are about to get really tired, we salute you.
  • I just pre-ordered TIGER! Bring on OS X.4!

Matthew - the oddly-name "top-up fees" aren't paid until students are no longer students. And the governent intends to increase the student loan. So students will have more money to waste, err, I mean, spend sensibly!

Benjamin - no, I knew that, but just because you have more money to spend at that moment doesn't mean you'll never have to pay back that money...

I get the best of both worlds - 2005 deferred entry to 2006 means I get the old tuition fees under the new (pay nothing for three years!) system.

And Mark: no CDs for a month!! Whatever shall you do?

Why'd I have to be named after a gospel writer? Mark, I think we've found a Scripturize bug - there's no chapter 0 in the gospel of Matthew :)

Bah, I'm all confused now.

All I know is, I've had no money off my parents, started off uni with almost no money, and am finishing it with a four figure sum. ha.

And that link to Matthew 0 amused me :D I wonder how well that thing works - lets try 1 Corinthians 13 ... ?
